Holistic pulsing is a gentle and safe way of giving focused attention. Through a certain rhythmic way of shaking and gently stretching the body, your body releases built-up tensions.

However, nothing is forced. Your body is subtly set in motion and kept moving. By constantly swaying gently (called ‘pulses’) and stretching in a certain rhythm, you can relax deeper and deeper. Naturally, you are invited to let go of tensions and emotions. Pulsing is, therefore, soothing for body and mind. People experience pulsing sessions as nurturing, comforting, and safe.

Holistic pulsing is a full-fledged treatment method that can be combined with other techniques or forms of therapy if desired. It carries an enormous depth within. And is, therefore, an excellent tool for inner growth. It offers support in awareness, recovery, and change processes. That is why Holistic pulsing is part of the Sustainable Change Program

During this intensive learning pathway, professionals practice their contact and communication skills through Holistic Pulsing. It helps them to make contact, connect, and tune in more refined,  subtle, and in-depth. While practicing, you will be (un)consciously confronted with your life attitude and physical posture. How do you cope with emotions, tensions, and pain? And which patterns arise from it? Holistic Pulsing will gently but firmly mirror you in every detail. This makes it a valuable tool to get to know yourself better. The 4-year Sustainable Change Program does not aim to teach you to pulse professionally. However, if desired, it is possible to add a graduation trajectory to the program.

A pulsing session

During a pulsing session, you lie on a massage table with your clothes on. There is little or no talking. Your body is set into motion with gentleness by rocking, pulling, and shaking. The body consists of 70% water. Water conducts energy and voltages. Due to the rhythm of the pulsing and the traction, blockages are set in motion. You let go of deeper tensions.

A pulsing session continues to work up to a few days to weeks.

Learn to pulse by yourself

During the Sustainable Change Program, learning to pulse is a means to become more aware of your own senses, humanness, perception, and blockages. You learn to perceive, make contact, and communicate more refinedly. Through the experiences you gain while practicing with holistic pulsing, you gain more insight into the naturalness of recovery and change processes. These insights can be applied directly in your life and work, even without pulsing.
