Personalized coaching and training programs
Do you have space for new customers?
Yes, I have availability at the moment! I am open to both new individual learning paths and in-company training groups. I do not have a waiting list. If I have space and the introductory meeting is mutually agreeable, we can start immediately after financial approval.
Do you help everyone?
No, I do not help everyone. You can come to me for guidance and/or training when you want to learn about human-focused leadership and/or go through a sustainable change process. I can be of great help when you:
- are highly educated (University level) and/or are a quick thinker and doer. These characteristics bring their own pitfalls and dynamics, which I feel comfortable with.
- want to get started based on your individual personal motivation. I do not assist when your employer urges you to do inner work, but you have no interest in doing so by yourself.
- have made a personal commitment to your learning process and are willing to invest an hour of your time, attention, and effort in self-study at least two to three times a week.
- realize that lasting, effective change can only happen as part of a change process. Therefore, you are willing to learn personally and professionally for at least 3 months (through individual guidance) or for a year (through personalized training programs).
What do you mean with ‘sustainable and effective change’?
By ‘sustainable,’ I mean a lasting, constructive change that serves long-term well-being. I support you in initiating an inner movement that is optimally aligned to serve your well-being. Additionally, it naturally also serves the well-being of others and the well-being of your living and working environment.
By ‘effective,’ I mean making the most optimal use of scarce resources such as time, attention, space, money, raw materials, and energy. Not under pressure, but rather from a deep sense of relaxation and aligning as emotionally true as possible.
For me, sustainable and effective change means achieving a lasting, constructive transformation that equally serves short- and long-term well-being, while making optimal use of scarce resources.
How quickly will I get a response to my email?
Whenever possible, I respond to your email within 24 hours on business days. If your email arrives while I am teaching for one or two days in a row, I will reply as soon as possible afterward. If you haven’t received a response after 72 hours and have clearly requested one, it’s possible that your email did not go through. Please resend it.
Who are your customers?
Clients I guide or train are generally highly educated leaders. They are internally motivated to grow personally and professionally. Above all, they are human. Like you and me, my clients struggle with learning points and challenges. Through the work they do under my guidance, they gradually feel calmer and gain breathing space in their daily lives.
Most of my clients come from the government (municipalities, government agencies), healthcare (hospitals, etc.), education (all levels), and international companies that produce and/or trade in all sorts of things. Additionally, self-employed professionals (consultants, interim managers, coaches, lawyers, IT specialists, etc.) also find me well.
Who are the products in the shop intended for?
All the products you find in the shop are designed for people who need clear, accessible explanations of difficult topics and who want insights and practical tools to go with them. My products and services guide you through an intuitive process and support sustainable recovery and growth from the inside out.
You can use the products for your own personal and professional growth. And you can use the products to support your clients, colleagues, family, or friends. The choice is yours.
Thanks to the clear, approachable explanations and the focus on creating space for humanity, people from young (16+) to old (100+) and from (post)secondary vocational education (MBO) to university+ (WO+) feel heard and seen through my books and online training. Every person gains nourishment from them at their own developmental level.
What are the costs?

I have a complaint. Where can I go?
If you have complaints, I, Wendy van Mieghem, am your first point of contact. I will do everything reasonably possible to resolve your complaint. If you are still very dissatisfied afterward, you may consider filing a complaint with the independent complaints officer. You can find more information here.

Who are your customers?
About the products in the shop: at first, my customers came from all over the Netherlands and Belgium. Since then, my audience has been growing, including people from across Europe and beyond: France, Norway, Canada, the USA, Japan, Australia, and several countries in the Middle East. Professionals use my products for their own development and to work with clients. People buy them because they need clear explanations and support for personal use. The products are also frequently purchased as gifts for others.
Thanks to the clear, accessible explanations and the focus on creating breathing space for humanity, people from young (16+) to old (100+) and from (post) secondary vocational education (MBO) to university+ (WO+) feel heard and seen through my books and online training. Every person gains nourishment from them at their own level of development.
When are shipping costs charged?
Shipping costs are determined once you have entered your address details on the ‘Checkout’ page (also called ‘Complete’). You pay shipping costs when you order paper products to be received by mail. Where possible, products within the Netherlands are shipped via letterbox mail. If it doesn’t fit through the mailbox, your order will be shipped via parcel post with a track-and-trace code. For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, parcel post is always charged. No shipping costs are charged for digital products and services (such as online training, online coaching sessions, guided meditations, masterclasses, webinars, and more).
Please keep in mind that, depending on the country you live in and its customs policies, you may need to pay additional customs fees and import duties upon delivery of your order.
What is the delivery time?
Paper products are shipped on the same or the next business day. Depending on the country you want the parcel delivered to, it normally takes up to one to two weeks (within Europe) or two to four weeks (outside of Europe) before your parcel is delivered. During busy times, please allow an additional 2 weeks. You can track the actual delivery time of your parcel using the track-and-trace code added to your order before shipping.
With digital products, you can get started immediately after purchase. Use the same email address for purchasing your Wendyvanmieghem.com products as you do for the Bookfunnel app. Only then will they be ready for you immediately after purchase!
How quickly will I get a response to my email?

Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?
Except for special promotions and offers, individuals do not receive discounts.
Do you want to purchase products for your work? Contact me. Retailers can enter into a retail agreement. Affiliates can sign an affiliate agreement. Companies can place bulk orders with volume discounts available.
Why can’t I save a digital product to my computer and do whatever I want with it?
Creating, developing, and making my products available takes a lot of time, attention, money, and energy. I can only continue to do my work with love if I receive compensation for each user.
Unfortunately, it is necessary to protect my digital products against misuse, such as illegal downloading, copying, and/or distributing the files. Therefore, for most of my products, I have chosen not to make digital downloads available outside the Bookfunnel app. If I did, I would have to charge much higher prices, and that is not my preference.
The good news is that you can download an ebook or audiobook to your device in the Bookfunnel app. After downloading, you can read or listen to it wherever and whenever you like, even without an internet connection.
When does an online training course/guided meditation/online session start and finish?
You can follow the webinars, guided meditations, online courses, podcasts, and other products that do not involve direct contact with me entirely at your own pace. You decide when to start and when to finish.
For the online community and guidance, you do have (partially) direct contact with me. Each product description states how long you have to use your purchase. After that, your credit expires. Refunds are not possible.
How long do I have access to a digital product?
When you purchase a digital product, I guarantee you unlimited access to the product for personal, individual use for a period of 1 calendar year. The purchase date is the day the one-year warranty period begins. Experience shows that you can enjoy the digital product for many years. However, I must consider unforeseen (life) circumstances. Therefore, the warranty period is set at 1 year. I have taken measures so that even in case of illness or death of myself or my loved ones, the products remain accessible for a year after purchase.
As long as the digital product remains part of my offerings, you can continue to access the product even after the warranty period, provided you use it correctly. You will also automatically retain access to the most recent version, even if you made your purchase 6 years or more ago.
You are not allowed to share access with others. If you do, I WILL ALWAYS report theft to the police and provide them with your information. I also reserve the right to deny you access permanently without giving a reason. In such cases, a refund is not possible.
I have a complaint. What do I need to do?

I have a question about the content of a product. What should I do?
You can always email me with your substantive question about the psychology of human nature. I really enjoy that! Keep your question brief and to the point (maximum 100 words). I usually respond within 24 hours and at the latest within 72 hours.
Can I also use digital products without Wi-Fi or internet?
Yes, that’s possible! You can download all ebooks and audiobooks in the app onto your device. This way, you can read and listen to them wherever and whenever you want, even if you don’t have Wi-Fi.
For viewing and listening to videos (from online training sessions, masterclasses, webinars, and online lectures), you will always need Wi-Fi or internet access because they are hosted securely on my website.
