How long does it take for you to send the order?
It normally takes us 1 day to pack your order and hand it over to PostNL or DHL Parcel. During exceptional circumstances it is possible that it takes to take up to 3 days maximum.
I’d like to place an express order. Is that possible?
No, we don’t do express deliveries or special deliveries. It would mean that other customers would have to wait longer. Normally, postcards and books are send within 1 workday.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands the shipping costs are 3,50 for mailbox post (flat) and 5,95 euro for parcels.
Would you like to have our paper products delivered to you outside the Netherlands? Of course that’s possible! Within Europe the shipping costs are approximately 15 euros. Shipping to Belgium costs 8,85 euros and to Germany 9 euros. The shipping costs to destinations outside Europe are approximately 25 euros. The actual shipping costs may differ per country. Please take into account a delivery time of approximately 1 week (within Europe) to 2 – 4 weeks (outside Europe).
Digital products are added to your wendyvanmieghem.com account right after purchase (you create an account during the purchase process). There are no additional costs for digital products.
A product is sold out. Can I still order it?
No, unfortunately that’s not possible. As soon as the product is available, it will be mentioned on the website.
How soon can I receive an answer to my mail?
Normally, we answer within a few hours (CET). If you haven’t received an answer within 48 hours please contact us again. It rarely occurs that we did not receive your email.
Can I get a discount if I place a large order?
Yes, when you spend more than 250 euros on paper products we are happy to give you a discount. Please contact us for more information.
Online Courses: Question and Answer
When does the online course start and end?
Online courses start now and never end! You can follow the courses absolutely in your own pace. You yourself decide when you start and finish.
For how long do I receive access to the online courses?
When you buy access to an online course, you receive a life long access for your personal use. Your not allowed to give other people access to the course through you or your account.
I’d like to use the course for work purposes. Is that OK?
I’d love to help you with that. It is possible to close a retail agreement with Wendy van Mieghem. Through this agreement you can purchase paper products at a reduced rate and resell or use them in your (web)shop, business, private practice, network or training.
Please remember that all paper products and digital products of Wendy van Mieghem are protected by copyright. You’re not allowed to use her products for other purposes than your own personal use.
