Payment methods, delivery & shipping costs

Payment

You can pay easily, safely, and quickly with your own bank account via Ideal | Wero, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. When you pay by bank transfer, it may take up to 5 business days for us to receive your payment. Your order will be confirmed and shipped after receipt. 

Delivery

Digital products are added to your Wendyvanmieghem.com account immediately after we receive your full payment. When you pay using one of the immediate payment methods above, digital products are automatically added to your account. This way, you can start right after purchase.

Paper products are sent on the same or the next workday, after we receive your full payment. Wholesale orders are sent within 2 workdays (only when there are enough products in stock).

Please take into account an average delivery time of 1 – 2 weeks (inside Europe) to 2 – 4 weeks (outside Europe).

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for paper products are the actual costs for letter post and parcel mail.

Would you like to receive paper products outside the Netherlands but within Europe? That’s possible! The actual shipping costs may vary by destination and are calculated during the purchase process on our webshop (after you have added your contact details).

Digital products are added to your wendyvanmieghem.com account. There are no additional costs. Please select ‘Free shipping‘ during checkout.
