Mindfulness

Are you looking for a gentle way to give attention? Do you want to recover from stress? Are you in need of inspiration, peace, and balance? Do you want to grow, recover, or develop from within? Then mindfulness is for you! Read more here about what mindfulness is, what happens during a mindfulness exercise, and why mindfulness is part of my approach.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is directing attention with the goal of engaging with reality in a constructive way, without judgment or rejection, that is.

Mindfulness meditations help you gradually connect more deeply with yourself and with life. Who are you? And what do you need to be of service to your well-being and that of others from a place of calm and balance? The mindfulness meditations I develop support you from within for sustainable recovery and growth. They help you deepen and refine your connection with your senses. You learn to perceive more subtly. As a result, you become more aware of your body, emotions, feelings, thoughts, and inspiration.

Building skills to handle your own and others’ humanity provides peace and balance. By refining how you tune in, you become more aware of boundaries and (im)possibilities earlier. You reach the core more quickly. It becomes easier to find and maintain balance. Mindfulness can be well combined with other forms of guidance as desired; read more about that below.

Mindfulness exercises

The mindfulness exercises I develop support you in sustainable recovery and growth. These mindfulness exercises have a layered structure. You are free to try out a few individual ones (which you can find in the webshop) for an introduction, but the mindfulness meditations are most effective when experienced in their interconnectedness. This way, they can support you step by step from within during a sustainable transformation process.

The mindfulness exercises I developed, like my books and online training courses, are layered to activate and nurture your self-healing ability. Sustainable change always occurs voluntarily, but it is never optional, for it demands commitment. It requires your focused time, attention, and practice. By taking care of who you are and what you need at least twice a week, you will increasingly get to know your own senses, naturalness, and humanity better.

During the Sustainable Change Program, mindfulness exercises are a means of more finely tuning in to who you are and what you need. Layer by layer, you learn to relax more deeply and find peace. It is precisely because of this that you can also feel where tensions remain. Underlying tensions are gradually brought into motion, initiating a sustainable change process. You always have the choice to nurture this process or not. When you do, you can find peace, recover, and grow on a deeper level.

Individual session(s)

During the session, I offer support that helps you align thinking, feeling, and doing, resulting in deeper inner balance. I assist you in structuring short-term goals that also support your long-term well-being. Therefore, individual sessions are also referred to as strategy sessions. I aim to connect as much as possible with your individual background, needs, and humanity. The benefit of this is that it feels close by and allows you to truly feel heard and seen. However, it also makes clear where your own effort and attention are needed to move forward.
