Training Group 7 completes 4-year basic program

News - Training group 7 of the Sustainable Change Program - Wendyvanmieghem.com

I am so proud of them: the participants of training group 7 of the Sustainable Change Program completed the 4-year basic course in February 2026. They have each made incredibly significant individual and collective progress and achieved sustainable results.

The 4-year basic program focuses on personal development. Some participants continue with the customized professional follow-up program. They dream of becoming a qualified, independent Sustainable Change Expert in their field.

CRKBO registration

On Wednesday, March 5, 2025, the audit took place for re-registration in the CRKBO register: a standard for training institutes set up by the Dutch government. And I passed, hooray!
Wendyvanmieghem.com will remain a registered training institute for the next 4 years, in compliance with the CRKBO guidelines for training institutes.

"Wendy is to the point and refreshing in her approach to leadership. She instinctively senses where the bottlenecks or blind spots are. And she guides you to find your way to self-care."

Klaas, financial manager

"Participating in the live group session via Zoom was valuable. My own question was answered, and I learned a lot from others' questions."

Kees, entrepreneur

"I feel so much more calm and balanced compared to a year ago. I learned and grew so much during the training year, even in areas I didn't realize I needed."

Process-oriented learning and results-oriented working

“When making sustainable changes, it is important to align with the whole from the very beginning, rather than getting absorbed in a specific part or skipping essential steps. If you do that anyway (in hindsight), be prepared to learn from it. Get to know your pitfalls better and practice skills that help you stay in balance and maintain it. This way, you turn a disadvantage into an advantage. Then return to the sustainable change path and continue from the point just before you drifted off. Don’t give up. My experience shows that sustainable change is almost always possible! It only requires a combination of process-oriented learning and result-oriented work, tailored to human nature.”
