How to deal with anxiety

Everyone experiences anxiety, fear, or panic from time to time. When you feel anxious or panicked, each second can seem like an endless moment where you lose all confidence in your abilities, whether temporarily or not. You may experience anxiety and panic consciously, but they can also be present unconsciously and remain dormant. Either way, anxiety, fear, and panic influence your behavior and relationships. You might start to withdraw from certain situations, avoid certain people, or try to shift the tension you feel onto others. It is because of these adjustments that you become entangled. The inner conflict grows, which in the long run, leads to increased anxiety and panic levels rather than a decrease. 

Although it can feel different at times, anxiety is not endless by nature. Once you allow it the right to exist and breathing space, within a constructive framework, you can move past the fight and let the anxiety, fear, or panic naturally subside. So, fighting against the fear or placing it in an inappropriate context is exactly what makes the problem worse.
