Return policy

If our Products did not meet your needs and you have followed the conditions in this section, we are willing to offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

  • Digital products (such as online training courses, guided meditations, online masterclasses, webinars, e-books, downloads, audiobooks) cannot be returned. In accordance with the guidelines of the Consumer Association (Consumentenbond) and Thuiswinkel Waarborg, you can only purchase digital products at Wendyvanmieghem.com if you waive the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • There is a 14-day revocation period for paper products such as books and posters.
  • The revocation period starts when you receive the paper products or when the products are received at another location, such as a post office or pickup point.
  • Are you, for any reason, not satisfied with the products received within the revocation period? Please fill out the return form and send it to us within 14 days after purchase, along with the physical product you wish to return.
  • All of our paper products (such as books, posters, and cards) can be returned as long as they are unused, in excellent condition, and ready to be sold.
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs. We do not offer reimbursement for shipping expenses. 
  • Providing a reason is not mandatory, but it helps us improve our service.
  • Upon receipt of the return form and the products in unused and excellent condition, we will process a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days via bank transfer. Please provide us with your IBAN or credit card number and the account holder’s name; this information is protected by the payment provider at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued based on the sale price minus handling fees. Handling fees are 5 euros per item.
