Daar waar <strong>management<\/strong> gaat over de praktische en organisatorische kant van leidinggeven, gaat <strong>leiderschap<\/strong> over <em>hoe<\/em> en vanuit welke <em>houding<\/em> je leiding geeft. Het is het samenbrengen van de bovenstroom en onderstroom, waarover ik eerder al <a href=\"https:\/\/wendyvanmieghem.com\/nl\/bovenstroom-versus-onderstroom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>dit artikel<\/strong><\/a> schreef. Leiderschap begint bij jezelf. Het gaat over de psychologie van menselijkheid, verandering en de <em>houding<\/em> van waaruit jij informatie interpreteert en verwerkt. Om tot bloei te kunnen komen, hebben jij en andere mensen het nodig om <strong>veiligheid, verbinding en vertrouwen<\/strong> te ervaren. Van binnen, in contact met jezelf. En in contact met de mensen om je heen. De 7 taken in leiderschap bieden ondersteuning om vanuit veiligheid jezelf en anderen door duurzame en effectieve veranderprocessen te leiden. Wat emotionele draagkracht is, kun je in <a href=\"https:\/\/wendyvanmieghem.com\/nl\/emotionele-draagkracht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>dit artikel<\/strong><\/a> lezen. Zonder emotionele draagkracht mis je het fundament in werk en leven waarop jij en anderen kunnen bouwen. Investeer daarom in het opbouwen van emotionele draagkracht. Eerst bij jezelf. En nodig daarna anderen uit.<\/p>\n<h3>Taak 2 : Menselijk kompas<\/h3>\n<p>De tweede taak in leiderschap is de noodzaak om je <strong>menselijk kompas<\/strong> te gebruiken. Als leider ben je voortdurend emoties en pijn aan het kanaliseren. Jouw worstelingen nodigen je uit om jezelf beter te leren kennen. Als leider kom je dagelijks in contact met de innerlijke onbalans van jezelf en anderen. Door van binnenuit zorg te dragen voor eigen onzekerheid en kwetsbaarheid, nemen je balans en zeggingskracht als leider toe.<\/p>\n<h3>Taak 4 : Erkennen van de onderstroom<\/h3>\n<p>De <strong>vierde taak<\/strong> van leiderschap is het <strong>erkennen van de onderstroom<\/strong> in jouw team, organisatie, klas of gezin. Leidinggeven zonder de onderstroom in de diepte te (h)erkennen is als varen zonder roer. Dergelijke situaties staan ten dienste van jouw en andermans leerdoelen, welzijn en ontwikkeling. Win-winsituaties sluiten aan bij emotionele draagkracht en het werkelijke ontwikkelingsniveau. Ze bieden ruimte en erkenning voor wat je goed kunt \u00e9n wat je nog lastig vindt.<\/p>\n<h3>Taak 6 : Koester het proces<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Koester het proces<\/strong> dat jij en anderen doorlopen. Dit is de zesde taak in leiderschap. Veranderprocessen verlopen zelden lineair van A naar B. Het kan juist effectief zijn om omwegen te nemen. Via omwegen worden subvaardigheden geoefend, angsten overwonnen en wordt vertrouwen opgebouwd. Hierdoor wordt het waarschijnlijker dat het einddoel wordt behaald.<\/p>\n<h3>Taak 7 : Investeer in responsiviteit<\/h3>\n<p>De zevende en laatste taak van de zeven taken in leiderschap is: <strong>investeer in responsiviteit<\/strong>.
