Je kunt vandaag beginnen! Een online training volhouden kan best lastig zijn. Daarom geef ik je alvast wat tips:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Reserveer tijd in je agenda<\/strong> vanaf het moment dat je start. Reken op minimaal 2 a 3 keer per week een uur verspreid door de week of 5 keer per week een half uur. Doe dit op een moment dat je kunt ontspannen en je kunt concentreren. Bij voorkeur in een rustige omgeving en op een rustig tijdstip. Maak indien nodig tijd. Zo voorkom je discussie met jezelf.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><strong>Het is net als sporten<\/strong>: als je maar 1 keer in de twee maanden sport, is dat leuk. Maar verwacht dan geen andere resultaten. Zo is het ook met het volgen van de online trainingen. Hoe onvoorwaardelijker je 2 keer per week, of maximaal 1 keer per dag oefent, des te meer resultaat mag je verwachten. Niet per se direct. Maar wel na verloop van tijd.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><strong>Je hoeft het niet alleen te doen!<\/strong> Ben jij een sociaal mens en leer je het liefste samen met anderen? Elke les bestaat uit een video met ervaringsgerichte uitleg, reflectievragen, oefeningen en\/of een meditatie\/mindfulness oefening.<\/li>\n<li>In totaal bestaat elke online trainingen uit minimaal 7 lessen van 1 tot 1,5 uur.<\/li>\n<li>Oefen elke les minimaal 2 keer per week, gedurende 2 weken. Daarna kan je door naar de volgende les.<\/li>\n<li>Ook wanneer je al een aantal lessen verder bent, kun je nog oefeningen van eerdere lessen blijven herhalen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a0In je eigen tempo<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Volg de online training in je eigen tempo. Doordat je qua tijd onbeperkt toegang ontvangt voor eigen gebruik, mag je er gerust ook langer dan 14 weken over doen. Blijf wel minimaal 2 keer per week oefenen, anders wordt het programma minder effectief.<\/li>\n<li>Het is raadzaam de training naar behoefte te herhalen.
