Net als jij, zijn ook je klachten uniek. Natuurlijk zijn er overeenkomsten in klachten tussen mensen met een burn-out. Veel mensen met een burn-out zijn zowel lichamelijk als emotioneel en mentaal flink uit balans. Concentratieproblemen of een opgejaagd gevoel hebben. Prikkelbaar zijn. Je angstig voelen of een paniek moment hebben. Je neerslachtig voelen of niet meer zien hoe iets goed kan komen. Het zijn allemaal veelvoorkomende stress en burn-out klachten.<\/p>\n<p>Om goed van deze klachten te kunnen herstellen, bestaat geen one size fits all oplossing. Helaas! Het is nodig om <strong>precies<\/strong> aan te sluiten bij de achtergrond en de voedingsbodem van jouw klachten. Maar mocht je toch thuis komen te zitten vanwege langdurige stressklachten en overbelasting, dan kan ik je naar wens ondersteunen bij het herstel. In kleine stapjes leer je om spanningen los te laten, inzichten op te doen en vaardigheden te oefenen. In eerste instantie bepaal ik samen met jou het <strong>tempo<\/strong> en de <strong>richting<\/strong> van jouw herstel. We werken ernaar toe dat je steeds beter in staat bent om zelfstandig op een opbouwende manier om te gaan met alledaagse spanningen en emoties.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer je hierin (een stukje) basis ervaart, ben je toe aan de volgende fase: in stukjes meer op je eigen gevoel <strong>leren vertrouwen<\/strong>. Je leert de signalen die je lichaam, gevoel en hoofd je geven (h)erkennen en op basis daarvan grenzen in acht te nemen. Je leert om gevoelsmatig bij jezelf aan te sluiten. Hierdoor voel je je veilig en verbonden met jezelf. Je lichaam en geest komen tot meer blijvende rust en balans.<\/p>\n<p>Op een gegeven moment ben je toe aan <strong>re-integratie<\/strong>. Ook deze fase is nog onderdeel van het stress en burn-out leertraject. Je leert welke basisvoorwaarden je nodig hebt om duurzaam te kunnen werken en hoe je hier zelf zorg voor kunt dragen. Je leert hoe je dit zelf constructief kunt communiceren met jouw leidinggevende en het werk kunt vormgeven. We besteden aandacht aan wat goed gaat en wat je eventueel nog lastig vindt. We nemen de tijd om het proces dat je hebt doorlopen te evalueren. Daarna ronden we in principe de stress en burn-out begeleiding kloppend af.<\/p>\n<p>Herstellen van een burn-out gaat ook in <strong>de jaren na een hersteltraject<\/strong> door. Maar je kent jezelf nu een stuk beter, je weet waar je op moet letten en vooral: je hebt de kennis en vaardigheden in huis om diepgaand en bijtijds voor jezelf te zorgen. Doordat je tijdens het leertraject jouw valkuilen van binnenuit hebt leren kennen en er zorg voor hebt leren dragen, val je minder snel en minder diep. En als je valt, klim je er gemakkelijker weer uit. Jouw vertrouwen in je eigen kunnen is gegroeid. Je kunt beter aansluiten bij wie jij bent en wat je nodig hebt. En hiernaar handelen in je dagelijks werk en leven.<\/p>\n<p>Je blijft actief onderhoud plegen aan jouw duurzame werk- en leefstijl zodat je blijvend meer rust, balans en voldoening ervaart. Het aanvankelijke verlies van welzijn heb je omgezet naar blijvende opbouwende verandering.
