Ten dienste van jouw en andermans welzijn. Boosheid en woede zijn een natuurlijk onderdeel van je dagelijks leven. Zowel in contact met jezelf als in contact met anderen. Ik voel me inmiddels op mijn gemak bij boosheid en woede. Maar dat is niet voor iedereen zo. Graag leer ik je hoe je opbouwend kunt omgaan met woede en boosheid.<\/p>\n<p>Veel mensen zijn bang voor eigen of andermans woede.  Daarmee zijn ze (on)bewust bang voor vitaliteit en kracht. Vaak onderdruk je jouw eigen boosheid, uit angst voor conflicten of ongemak. Dit werpt een muur op in het contact. Wanneer je boosheid onderdrukt bij jezelf of een ander, gaat het een eigen leven leiden buiten je bewustzijn om. Je hebt er al allerlei patronen in ontwikkeld. Bewust en onbewust. De uitdaging is om nieuwe wegen te leren bewandelen in het omgaan met emoties. Wegen die meer effectief of minder destructief zijn. Ook is het van belang om de angel(s) eruit te halen zodat herstel plaats kan vinden. Van binnen naar buiten. Zo werk je toe naar een blijvende verandering. Duurzaam en effectief.<\/p>\n<p>Het goede nieuws is: dat is absoluut mogelijk! En het &#8216;slechte&#8217; nieuws is dat het aandacht en oefening vraagt. Dagelijks 15-30 minuten of 2 keer per week een uur. Doe je dit niet, dan zal je merken dat je juist op de knelpunten niet of nauwelijks vooruitgang boekt.
