Wie ben je? En wat heb je nodig om vanuit rust en balans dienstbaar te zijn aan jouw welzijn en dat van anderen? De mindfulness meditaties die ik ontwikkel, ondersteunen je van binnenuit bij duurzaam herstel en groei. Ze helpen je om het contact met je zintuigen te verdiepen en verfijnen. Je leert subtieler waarnemen. Je wordt hierdoor bewuster van je lichaam, emoties, gevoelens, gedachten en inspiratie.<\/p>\n<p>Opbouwend om leren gaan met jouw en andermans menselijkheid geeft rust en balans. Door verfijnder af te leren stemmen, voel je grenzen en (on)mogelijkheden eerder aan. Je komt sneller tot de kern. Het wordt gemakkelijker om balans te (her)vinden en te onderhouden. Het staat je vrij om ter kennismaking enkele los volgen (die vind je in de webshop) maar de mindfulness meditaties komen in hun onderlinge samenhang het beste tot hun recht. Dan kunnen ze je namelijk stap voor stap van binnenuit ondersteunen bij een duurzaam veranderproces.<\/p>\n<p>De door mij ontwikkelde mindfulness oefeningen zijn, net als mijn <a href=\"https:\/\/wendyvanmieghem.com\/nl\/boeken\/\"><strong>boeken<\/strong><\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/wendyvanmieghem.com\/nl\/online-trainingen\/\"><strong>online trainingen<\/strong><\/a>, gelaagd vormgegeven op een manier die jouw zelfherstellend vermogen activeert en koestert. Duurzaam veranderen is altijd vrijwillig maar nooit vrijblijvend. Het vraagt om jouw gerichte tijd, aandacht en oefening. Laagje voor laagje leer je dieper ontspannen en kom je tot rust. Juist hierdoor wordt ook voelbaar waar nog spanningen zijn. Onderliggende knelpunten van spanningen worden gedoseerd in beweging gebracht, waardoor er een duurzaam veranderproces op gang komt. Je hebt telkens opnieuw de keuze om dit proces wel of niet te voeden. Het waarnemen van energie is z\u00c3\u00b3 vanzelfsprekend, dat je het al snel over het hoofd ziet.\r\n\r\nHet werken met energiepunten helpt je om het contact met je zintuigen te verdiepen en verfijnen. Je leert subtieler waarnemen. Je wordt hierdoor niet alleen bewuster van je energie, maar ook van je lichaam, emoties, gevoelens, gedachten en inspiratie. Door verfijnder af te leren stemmen, voel je grenzen en (on)mogelijkheden eerder aan. Je komt sneller tot de kern.
