With the right approach and strategy, a lot can actually be achieved!<\/p>\n<p>Quick fixes do not exist when it comes to sustainable behavior and culture change. You have to go through the process step by step. And yes, it is completely normal to feel discouraged or resistant from time to time. That&#8217;s part of it. How you feel in the moment does not mean that the outcome you and your team want is impossible. You&#8217;re simply confronted with your own humanity, which can make you want to give up for a moment. And that can sometimes be quite challenging.<\/p>\n<p>That is why you need a sustainable and effective strategy. A plan that not only considers the results you and your team want or need but also takes into account all aspects of humanity and the learning process that comes from it. Visiting various companies and observing their internal operations made me realize that work outcomes depend on how people treat themselves and each other. I wanted to specialize in that area! Working as an assistant accountant and later studying Business Administration didn&#8217;t provide enough insight into human nature. Earning degrees in Psychology and Sociology (policy-oriented) and managing a psychology practice, including three years of staff supervision, helped me gain this understanding.<\/p>\n<p>After experiencing a bore-out, I took a bold step in 2014 to connect different fields and apply them toward supporting sustainable and effective change processes in organizations. As an independent consultant, interim manager, and trainer, I guide people from various industries, disciplines, and organizational levels.
