The online community welcomes holders of master’s degrees. Participants are generally highly educated, people-oriented, and work in various fields and professions. They work and live all over Europe and beyond. It is inspiring to see how many similarities participants share, even though they come from different backgrounds and work in completely different fields. So it doesn’t matter whether you’re a consultant, financial controller, high school teacher, remedial educationalist, lawyer, artist, doctor, psychologist, or IT specialist. As long as you’re interested in learning how to go through a sustainable change process yourself and are willing to actively participate, you are welcome to join us.

        When Things Don’t Go Well<\/h2>\n

        If you seriously cross your own or someone else’s emotional boundaries, I (Wendy) will give a warning. This is necessary because crossing boundaries can damage your emotional safety and that of others. I will call you to explain my warning.<\/p>\n

        If you cross emotional boundaries again or behave in a seriously destructive or disrespectful manner in contact or communication, I reserve the right to immediately and permanently remove you from the community. I do this to ensure everyone’s safety. No refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n

        You pay for access to the English-speaking online community. However, there is also a Dutch-speaking online community.
