It is the <em>formal culture<\/em>, often described in HR documents and marketing plans, showing how we like to present ourselves. However, the <strong>undercurrent<\/strong> in communication, known as the <em>informal culture<\/em>, is usually more influential. This is where our inner conflicts, pitfalls, insecurities, qualities, and struggles\u2014both emotionally and mentally\u2014are tangibly present, waiting to be addressed.<\/p>\n<h3>How to be a good leader<\/h3>\n<p>A good leader can sense the undercurrent and takes it into account while developing a sustainable and effective strategy that helps people improve their well-being and quality. It is crucial to eliminate the root causes of old destructive patterns and to care for them lovingly to facilitate recovery. This process occurs from the inside out. By doing so, you work towards lasting and constructive change that is both enduring and effective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is very possible to alter your leadership style, up to a certain degree. The hard part is that it requires focused attention and practice. Leiderschap gaat over de psychologie van menselijkheid, verandering en de <em>houding<\/em> van waaruit informatie wordt ge\u00c3\u00afnterpreteerd en verwerkt. Leiderschap confronteert je met je eigen blinde vlekken, tekorten en gevoeligheden.\r\n\r\nEen tweede, aanvullende definitie van leiderschap zou daarom kunnen zijn: \"de mate waarin en de diepgang waarmee je (jouw en andermans) menselijkheid integreert in je dagelijks werk en leven\". Door menselijke tekortkomingen van binnenuit beter te leren kennen en hier zorg voor te (leren) dragen, wordt het mogelijk om voorbij pijn en emoties af te stemmen op wat nodig is. In grote delen van de wereld (Europa, Azi\u00c3\u00ab, Amerika) is de werkdruk zo hoog en de werkhouding dusdanig krap, dat mensen in hun beleving voortdurend op hun tenen lopen. Veel mensen kennen zichzelf slecht en hebben moeite om zorg te dragen voor hun eigen <a href=\"http:\/\/wendyvanmieghem.com\/nl\/basisbehoeften-in-werk-en-leven\/\"><strong>basisbehoeften<\/strong><\/a>. Hierdoor ontstaan innerlijke tekorten.\r\n\r\nWanneer je jouw werknemers wilt inspireren om klantgericht te werken, is het daarom vreemd genoeg nodig om ze eerst uit te nodigen zich meer te verbinden met hun <em>eigen<\/em> behoeften en tekorten.
